I've got a used 1981 Jeep Cj8 for sale. It's a suv with white exterior and brown interior. It also has a 6 Cylinder engine with 4-Speed transmission and had 185,000 miles on it when listed. Detail: Kept in So. California, Rust free! Currently the transmission and the transfer case are removed but I do have both. In addition to that, the vehicle as it is has a 5.3L small block Chevy motor, model # LM7, out of a 2001 Chevy Silverado, only 71K miles and it came from a prominent 4WD company called Novak Conversions, the motor is complete, has a brand new clutch, brand new fly wheel, to go w/ the engine is an after market aluminum performance radiator from Novak Conversions and it's specifically designed to be used w/a Jeep CJ. The motor has brand new Sanderson ceramic headers, is in phenomenal condition, the engine harness has been modified for use in this vehicle, also have engine mounts. After market transmission by Novak Conversions made specifically for this vehicle, model SM465, 1 ton 4 spd, it's adapted for a Dana 300 transfer case which I have, transfer case has a special 4 to 1 low range kit from Teraflex as well as twin sticks that allow the use of 2WD high and low, after market oversize aluminum drain pan, all parts within the internal of the transfer case are new including barrings and gears, all parts came from Novak Conversions. Transfer case is not completely rebuilt, only partially assembled but all parts included. Have Dana 44 axle housing for front end, modified for this vehicle, housing came out of 1978 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, have Dana 44 rear housing, from 1987 Jeep Wagoneer, modified for use w/this vehicle. Have Ox locker traction aid device that is brand new for the rear of the vehicle as well as the front of the vehicle. M.O.R.E frame reinforcement brackets that are brand new as well as a M.O.R.E steering box bracket that is brand new. Brand new Warn premium locking hub kit for front end. Also has a 3" lift kit made by OME, it utilizes YJ springs which improve ride and load carrying ability, comes with heavy duty greasable shackles & hangers. Parts are not installed but they are all included with sale.
