I've got a used 1980 Land Rover Series Iii for sale. It's a suv with british green/beige soft top exterior and black leather interior. It also has a Diesel engine with 4-Speed transmission and had 82,000 miles on it when listed. This suv has 4WD, . It's for sale in Burlington , VT, but offers from anywhere are welcomed. Asking price is $9,800.
Detail: Brand new Exmoor Trim canvas soft top; Brand new black leather folding reach bench seats; Brand new twin tube Defender running boards, steel trailer coupling/sleeve, 2" ball, and light kit for trailer (not yet installed), seat belts for all three seats in the cab, also comes with additional, original Pick-Up truck top with Yakima roof rack and carriage basket, as well extra maintenance material (oil filter, extra aluminum sheet for truck body floor, other bits I cant remember off the top of my head. Currently has T/G hardwood build in. Truck has been a company vehicle so it does have logo decals on it. They were applied by Yipe's and can be very easily removed with no residual visibility.
Has a Perkins diesel engine with a 4 speed and Fariley Overdrive. Stubborn winter starter. Had been garaged for most of her life.
Second VT owner. Truck was imported form the UK by SkyTop Rovers in PA in the mid 2000's.
Great daily driver, local commuter just not too happy on the highway. The low torgue, low HP engine get her about 55mph max...with at tailwind going downhill. Super happy to cruse at 45 or so for hours and hours. She's a big fan of the city, back roads and rural routes of VT.
