Engine
Pistons, .010/four ring/diagonal rods, line bored/APR rod bolts.
Block, 1970/all new freeze plugs/main caps line bored/crank polished and shimmed to standard/all new shell bearings/deck milled/new cam bearings/ new cam, nitrated/ lifters new, nitrated and radius at ATP in California. The oil pump, spindle is new/ new timing (double row) chain, gears (double) and tensioner / new distrubter/ new motor mounts/new oil valve release and spring/ all new gaskets and seals.
Head is from an early engine (1969) and has the larger valves. Have the new double valve springs and FEL-PRO umbrella seals on all valves/ new guides/ rocker arms have new bushings/ new rocker arm shaft/ aluminum rocker arm spacers and have been shimmed to .010/ new push rods.
New oil cooler and lines.
No mechanical fan. Two electrical fans front and rear of the radiator with adjustable fan thermostat. Radiator mounts brace powder coated black. Carbs rebuilt and have half inch velocity stacks, with K&N air filters.

All new, with two mufflers/silencers. The exhaust manifold has been ceramic coated to down the under hood temps.

Body:
Complete body shell sand blasted inside and out. Trunk area RINO lined and driver and passenger area RINO. Painted inside and out with two primers and color is tartan red. Had one dent on passenger door size of quarter. Three rust small spots, two on the front rockers under the front fenders. One behind the driver’s door. All has been cut out and repaired. Detail: This is a late model 1972 and may be considered a 1973. Engine was rebuilt when we purchased in 1991. MG was used for going to work for about 6 years (12mi round trip). Car has been in garage awaiting restoration - it does run, master cylinders (brake, clutch) bleed thru, need to be rebuilt. Does run but does need some work. May need brakes. Chrome Bumpers. Very small amount of rust on body. Interior is in fair condition. Speedo and Tach intermitted. This is a great running project car!
