Detail: Black 1997 Pontiac Firebird with automatic, 3800 Series II V6. 128,000 miles - all freeway. Car was driven from western Kentucky to Cleveland several times a month. Never been driven in the winter. Car has always had fully synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles. Coolant, transmission fluid, transmission filter and gear oil have all been changed on a regular basis. I'm a professional mechanic by trade and this car has been my baby ever since I purchased it with 52,000 miles. The car came from the factory with the Y87 performance package which includes a closer ratio steering rack, rear disk brakes, limited slip differential with 3.42 gearing and dual exit exhaust. Car has Pacesetter Ceramic coated headers and y-pipe, Magnaflow high flow stainless steel converter, Magnaflow stainless steel catback exhaust, SLP Cold Air Intake, MSD Blaster Ignition Coils, MSD superconductor ignition wires, AC Delco Iridium spark plugs, a one piece aluminum driveshaft from Inland Empire Driveline, Hotchkiss Adjustable Panhard bar, SLP fan control switch, Hypertech 160 degree thermostat, HID head light conversion, Comes with two PCMs one is a high performance PCM from Intense Racing this PCM requires the use of 93 octane fuel. The other PCM is the stock tune running on 87 octane. You can swap the PCMs with basic hand tools in about 5 min. With stock PCM I was getting 20 mpg city and 30 -32 mpg highway. In 2010 I replaced the intake gaskets with upgraded Felpro steel and rubber gaskets, I also replaced the valve cover gaskets at the same time with Felpro rubber gaskets, put on new Nexen tires 245/50R16. New Interstate Megatron Plus battery, a new alternator, new front pads and rotors, rear pads and rotors and rear calipers in June. Car passes Ohio e-check. I am having the car detailed inside and out so it will be ready to go for whoever buys it. I'm also including a B&M transpack for the 4L60e and a SLP line lock that I have not installed yet.
