Clean title, 2nd owner, this car was taken care of better than most BMW's.
I have spent over $2K on scheduled & preventive maintenance in the last few months. I have driven this car for 16,000 miles in the last five months & 85+% of the miles were highway.
Leather is in great condition just like the body outside, it was garaged, washed regularly and the best part is mechanical - here is what I have done in the last few months: four new tires - Sumitomo HTR ZIII (handle great, good comfort too), K&N air filter, coolant flush, transmission flush, brake fluid flush, changed spark plugs & valve cover gaskets, power steering unit with new fluid, and the best part is that I am using Amsoil for all the fluids (research them - the best brand - with warranty to back it up).
I also changed oil and filter in the engine with Amsoil 100% synthetic and they recommend driving 25,000 miles between each oil change, so you are good for the next 22,000 miles. Just replaced radiator reservoir tank with new coolant.
Looks and rides really good with no service lights on. This summer I have driven this BMW to San Diego, L.A few times, Seattle, few dozen times to San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, etc. Won't hesitate to take it to Miami now if I have to, but cannot keep it now, so the new owner will have to enjoy it. Change in personal circumstances forces sale.
I have clear title in hand, all maintenance/service records. Previous owner was middle aged lady, she took care of this car well, East Bay BMW in Pleasanton serviced it for her.
